Private Tuition
Everyone is unique with differing needs, as a result the class situation can be challenging as it is difficult to accommodate each students physical and emotional circumstances.
Whatever your reason for wanting to do yoga, private sessions work beautifully as they are tailored to your needs and pace. Under experienced assistance you have the opportunity to explore your body/mind connection and improve your self-awareness.

What to expect
Yoga is practised with bare feet and it is best not to eat within an hour of the class starting. If you have your own mat and blocks you are welcome to bring them but don’t worry if you haven’t as I have everything that you need. At your first class I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire.
Cancellations
If you are not able to make a class that you have booked then please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full unless someone else fills your slot.
