My classes endeavour to improve your self awareness in order to bring your body and mind into balance. A space where you can experience how biotensegrity looks and feels.
My classes are open to all ages and levels of ability.

What to expect
Yoga is practised with bare feet and it is best not to eat within an hour of the class starting. If you have your own mat and blocks you are welcome to bring them but don’t worry if you haven’t as I have everything that you need. At your first class I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire.
If you are not able to make a class that you have booked then please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full unless someone else fills your slot .
