Vinyasa yoga classes encourage you to synchronise your breath throughout a sequence of postures finishing with relaxation or meditation. Every class is different but each one helps to improve your strength and flexibility, whilst bringing your mind, body and soul into harmony.
My classes are suited to all ages and levels of ability.
The open classes that I teach in Romsey and Winchester are listed below. If you don’t see a class that suits you please contact me, as I maybe starting a new open class or a new small group class.
Please contact me to check if there are spaces in the class you would like to attend, as I wouldn’t want you to arrive and not have space for you.

What to expect
Yoga is practised with bare feet and it is best not to eat within an hour of the class starting. If you have your own mat and blocks you are welcome to bring them but don’t worry if you haven’t as I have everything that you need. At your first class I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire.
If you are not able to make a class that you have booked then please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full unless I am able to find someone to fill your place in the class.
